First off, I gotta say, wow. The frame is stunning. It truly transforms how your TV appears - in a good way.
Next, I want to shine a light on the customer support I experienced. We ran into a problem with a frame, and the crew went way out of their way to fix it in the best manner possible - for us. Sure, it cost them to make things right, but after chatting with them, I feel like they genuinely care about their customers more than anything else.

"Quick and Awesome!"
Wow! I placed my order for a new frame on Thursday evening and got it by Saturday afternoon. It took just a couple of minutes to assemble the frame and set it up over the TV. Way simpler than I ever thought it would be. This really enhances my purchase of the Samsung 50" Frame TV. It elevates my TV experience to a whole new level of amazing. Just right for the bedroom. I couldn't be happier!

"A Must-Have to Turn Your TV into Art"
We own a 65" Frame TV, and before we got the Deco TV Frames, it just seemed like a regular TV stuck to the wall with a picture on display. But with the Deco TV Frame, it genuinely looks like a piece of art instead of a TV. The frame is solidly built, straightforward to put together, and simple to mount. It really enhances the look, and I’d suggest it to anyone who has invested in a Frame TV. Sure, it’s a bit on the expensive side, but if you’ve already shelled out for the Frame TV, why not spend a little more to achieve that classy look you were aiming for? You definitely won’t be disappointed.

I can't express how great my experience was here. If every business operated like this one, they'd all thrive. The customer service is top-notch. Danielle really made me feel valued and showed genuine concern for my needs. I really wish I could rate this place with 10 stars. The quality is outstanding as well; there's nothing quite like it. It looks like a beautifully crafted frame you'd find in a custom framing store, because that's precisely what it is. Big thanks to Danielle and the whole team!

"Finally took the plunge after some back and forth..."
After some serious back and forth about the cost, we ended up having a few too many drinks and decided to go for it. We just set up our TV and added the Deco frame, and it looks absolutely amazing. Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother with the Samsung frame TV unless you’re ready to invest in a Deco frame.

"Lovely enhancement for the space."
This product is fantastic. The quality exceeded my expectations. It took me under five minutes to assemble the frame. Unpacking the shipping box took a bit longer, though. It arrived quickly here in Arizona. I’m sure I made a solid buy.

"Burlwood Frame for TV"
I picked up the Burlwood frame for my Samsung TV. It arrived well-packaged. Setting it up was a breeze. I was a bit worried about gaps at the corners, but the frames fit together perfectly. It looks fantastic on my TV, and I'm really pleased with this buy.

THIS FRAME IS SIMPLY STUNNING! Installation took us roughly five minutes. It really transforms the space. It arrived within five days after placing the order. The packaging was great and everything was in perfect condition. If you own a Samsung Frame TV, you gotta grab one of these.

"Quick Shipping"
I was quite surprised by how fast the delivery was. I did encounter a couple of minor problems with the condition and look of the item. When I opened the package and took out the first frame piece, a small corner bit was sitting at the bottom of the box. I managed to fix it with a bit of wood glue and reattached the loose part. The other concern is with the appearance of the 32" frame; you can clearly see where the pieces were joined. Overall, I'm really happy with how it looks, and as a multi-frame TV owner, I'm eager to buy another frame for my 2019 43". My only worry is the cost.

"Stunning Transformation for My TV!"
I can't believe how gorgeous this Deco TV frame looks with my Samsung The Frame TV. It really elevates the vibe of my room. My family and friends are totally amazed that it’s actually a TV! Besides making the TV look like a piece of art, it’s a blast to watch shows with this beautiful frame acting like a fancy proscenium.
It showed up fast and was super easy to put together and attach to the TV.
Sure, the frame isn’t cheap, but honestly, it’s worth every single cent.

"Frame Depth Extensions"
Initially, I was pretty down on this product because of the noticeable space between the frame and the wall. But then I stumbled upon the side extenders by checking out help.framemytv.com and searching for "Are Deeper Sides Available". With this new info, my perspective has totally shifted. Here’s what I noted before:
There’s still a 2-3 centimeter gap from the end of the frame to the wall. So, when you look from the side, you can see the black part of the Frame TV. If actual picture frames were deeper, I would’ve definitely gone for one that fully concealed the depth of the Frame TV.

"Outstanding item"
The Deco Frame is simply incredible, a total game changer! I was already enjoying my new Samsung The Frame 65” TV, but this really takes it to another level. Gorgeous. Absolutely LOVE IT ❤️!!! And for real, setup was a breeze. Arrived super fast. Packed really well. Just as described. I'm VERY happy with this buy. The only downside is that it’s a bit steep for just an empty frame (half the cost of the TV)...but it definitely makes the TV look way better than the standard Samsung frames...that’s just how supply & demand works.

The DecoTv frame is absolutely stunning. When I got the Samsung Frame TV, it lacked that cozy, vintage vibe I was after. I'm really into the warm silver frame, and putting it up was a breeze.
But the best part? The customer support. I totally spaced on using the discount code for a sale and reached out to them to cancel my order so I could make a new one. They not only got back to me super quick, but they also applied the discount to my order.
I'm really pleased, just wish I had more TVs so I could grab a few more of these frames.
